The CRC Research Laboratories
The research facilities of the CRC contain five types of laboratories (see below) with a total area of 5,680 m2. The most common labs of the type 1 (57% of the total area) are designed for typical organic and organometallic syntheses.The lab spaces of the types 2, 3 and 4 are specified for instruments and larger devices and lab scale plants, especially in the fields of spectroscopy and technical chemistry. Fume hood-free labs of the type 0 are available for synthesis and handling of non-toxic compounds.
