Troels Skrydstrup from the University of Aarhus (Denmark) has a keen interest in the application of transition metal mediated reactions in organic synthesis (Link to his webpage). The research interest of his team is focused on providing viable solutions for the production and application of low molecular weight gases in transition metal catalysis with applications for pharmaceutical synthesis and isotope-labeling. Furthermore, his group has recently commenced work on the development of selective transformations with CO2.
